The main practice areas of Oliver Habke include advising a wide range of national and international companies on commercial, stock exchange and corporate law issues as well as related contract, labour and debt enforcement law issues and compliance. He also assists private individuals in various matters of the civil law. Oliver Habke is also active in the areas of the Swiss Collective Investment Act and assists companies with M&A transactions.

As an Attorney at Law and Notary Public he also provides his clients with notarial services in the aforementioned areas and also handles their litigation requirements.
